PBSB is envisaged to be a joint-venture Malaysian-Foreign Partners. BPSB’s current capital as of June, 2014 consists of:
- The authorised and paid-up capital of BPSB will be progressively increased. Currently, all the paid-up shares in BPSB are held by a holding company incorporated in Malaysia.
